Committed to our communities: Xcel Energy’s giving and volunteering efforts in 2023

At Xcel Energy, we know that giving back to our communities helps us all thrive and feel connected. Each year, our employees, contractors and retirees volunteer their time, talents and energy to make immediate and lasting change in our communities. During National Volunteer Month, we celebrate the efforts our teams have contributed to projects in the states we serve and call home.  

Last year over 5,400 employees, retirees and community volunteers participated in Xcel Energy volunteering projects, totaling nearly 92,700 volunteer hours. Check out the infographic below to see highlights from 2023's giving and volunteering efforts.
